'Aux Quatre Saisons' translate as 'Around the four seasons' at St Nicolas les Cîteaux :the Cistercian monks's village, you will discover a beautifull house built in 1901, entirely restored with a lot of taste. Stephanie and Fiore will welcome you around their table for a very nice evening with friends. You will immediately feel like if you had known them for ever.
When you will be in one of the bedrooms, you will appreciate the light, space, comfort and decoration. Each one of the four bedrooms has its own theme around one of the four seasons.
After 10 years working in the vines, Stephanie will be deligted to share her knowledge with you by taking you around the vines of Burgundy. You will be able to visit the vines and caves, and taste the many marvellous wines of the region.
Between the hosting, visits and tastings, you will never forget this way of life in Burgundy (Bourgogne).
