In the heart of Suisse Normande, Clécy is one of the most picturesque spots in the Orne Valley. On the shady banks of the river at the foot of steep wooded slopes and rocky escarpments is this family house. Handed down through generations it was for a long time run as a hotel-restaurant but is now a B&B since the retirement of Marie-Thérèse. The attraction here is the backdrop and the garden. The bedrooms are fairly standard. For the romantics among you (and everyone else!), we recommend the room in the maisonette by the riverside. This is an ideal base for a spot of boating, walking and rock-climbing. Be sure to experience the unique ambiance of the guinguettes along the river, and follow in the tradition of dancing, eating and drinking by the riverside.
